What was the highlight of The Nature Phuket

Amazing place, beautiful rooms, food, and resort, how location isn't great for walkable activities.

Loved the breakfast and the staff! The vibe was awesome around christmas. The property is beautiful and very lush and jungly.

It was a bit far away from the town, so wasn't much around walking distance. But the hotel had its own shuttle for free into town.

Don't get tricked by cover photo. Hotel doesn't have a private beach.

Price was good

Location was far from shore. Hotel needs updating in rooms and facilities. Breakfast was not 5 stars Breakfast.

Staff is helpful and professional. Room has been changed by my request due to some reason. Room big and bed is comfy

Buffet is poor. Indian and Asian food. No meat and chicken halal. One kind of cheese same everyday. 80% of the rooms have very weak view. No 24 hours room service. 2 of 3 swimming pool need cleaning

Wonderful

The room was spacious and lovely we had access to the pool from our room. It was very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I did not like, it would have been nice to see the pool bar open and area around the pool tidied a little earlier for us early birds! But there was nothing I did not like.

Sarah from the Reception was amazing. Thank you for everything. Also the guys from the poolbar at the middle of the resort been great.

Breakast was ok but not 5 star standard Bigest problem was that the managment could not handle the rude, loud and ruthless guests They where loud, some where drunk and ruthless at the pool and the managment let them pass. Not a 5 star hotel atmosphere We had a pool access suite and guest constantly sit at our terasse to.make pictures at the bathtube

An excellent choice…

Very enjoyable stay. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean, contemporary and well maintained and supplied with little thoughtful extras such as the dressing gowns, ironing board etc. The staff are a delight and the breakfast was excellent. Situated just outside the town it was quiet and set amongst beautiful tropical landscaping throughout with great views (from our top floor room) there is a free shuttle service to the beach and the town and a willing and happy team of porters who ferry guests to and from their rooms on electric carts on demand. Very highly recommended.

It was worth paying for an upper room within the hotel as some lower ones looked as though they were quite dark and other rooms on the front, whilst having full sea view, would suffer road noise from the very busy road in front of the hotel.

What was the highlight of The Nature Phuket

Exceptional

Almost all was perfect. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, new lovely design, yet comfortable. Food is ok and the roof bar was just perfect to enjoy sunset. Staff was always nice and what we have to highlight was the hotel pool...there were two actually, both with bar, and nicely warm, one could really enjoy a pleasant stay in and relaxing. We would definitely come back!

The only downside was a coffee machine at a breakfast room. We had to queue even though the hotel was not full.

Beautiful hotel

I can’t fault anything about the hotel itself. Beautiful rooms comfy bed great breakfast helpful staff.

The hotel itself is a 10 for me. The only thing that wasn’t ideal, which wasn’t really a big deal, is that it’s 2.5km away from the main area of patong. They do have a courtesy bus around about every hour that will take you to and from, but not being able to walk to the main strip was the only reason I didn’t give it a 10. Would definitely stay here again, maybe would just rent a car or scooter

Amazing hotel and services!

I was impressed with the friendly staff, hotel areas are very big, design is wonderful, all pools are very nice big and clean, spa was great, food and staff on theme restaurant was amazing, reception always willing to help you with anything, nice gym, wonderful breakfast buffet and very good room service.

Didn't impressed with the breakfast staff, for sure was sort of staff because the tables was not cleaning on time, on a lot of tables was missing tissue or fogs or salt&pepper, didn't notice any manager their at all for 7 days! I had also a small miss-understanding on check in which was solve out but is not the positive way to start your stay.

Group of Friends - Short stay

A very beautiful hotel with nice comfortable modern rooms. The pool is freezing and quite small and when we stayed the other pool was not open and neither was the rooftop bar due to Covid restrictions. The staff were all very helpful when booking taxis and giving information. The food and drink selection was plentiful at the hotel.

The hotel is not really in a convenient place which isn’t their fault but taxi prices in Phuket are ridiculous and it costs quite a lot of money to even get along the road to Patong Beach which we did most nights as there isn’t much around the hotel.
